A fugitive wanted for graft under an Interpol "red notice" returned from Canada to China and turned himself in on April 17, according to the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Li Shiqiao, born in 1942, was the former general manager of a real estate company in Ningbo City in east China's Zhejiang Province, before he was investigated for graft. He fled to Canada in April 2009.
